Dishwasher - Appliance Issue

I have a GE Profile dishwasher (GSD5640F00SS). Found water leaking on the floor which was dripping off of insulation wrapped around dishwasher. Traced this to the top spray arm and hose power shower. Two screws completely rusted so obviously this has been leaking for a while. There appears to be no water tight seal from the hose to the tub. Anyone have an idea of how this connection should be made?
