what is the difference in terms of function between jet pump (deep/shallow well) and Centrifugal pump? i have known that below 25' well a shallow well should be used and deep well for more than 25'. how far can a jet pump (deep and shallow) pushed water? for centrifugal pump, how depth can it suck water and how far can it also pushes water up the building?

A shallow well jet can lift 25' maximum, and a centrifugal even less. A deep well jet can go much deeper, depending on the size of pump. A submersible can go as deep as needed. Pumps can push a long way, they just can't suck from very far.

How about you give an application - then someone can tell you which style is the best.
They are all centrifugal pumps... the keyword you're looking for is "Suction Lift".
