My house is on a well and I have a pressure tank (big blue standalone) State Pump Mate SPMD86. It seems to be leaking - a small trickle from somewhere on the bottom for every few days I find a small amount of accumulation next to the tank. I had a plumber come take a look and he said I should get a new tank right away for once they leak there is nothing you can do, and it could burst any minute. Is this correct? any suggestions as to who to approach to replace it or where to get the tank. Any suggestions are welcome and please forgive my ignorance with regards to this subject. To lazy to do any research.
