Pump start relay switch - how to install

According to the sheet, an "E" relay needs 480 v to the coil. You need a "G" version
I've been trying to get the system using the wrong switch! I found the original and it's a model SP07. Will you please look at the attached file and let me know...

What does it mean "to the coil". Is this the amount of voltage required to close the contacts??

IT should be an SP07-G to use a 24 volt input to the coil. I don't see the "to the coil" listing, but that should be the voltage to operate the relay.
