Maax shower door kit issue

I have leveled and installed a new Maax neo-angle corner shower base and installed tile on the 2 walls. I just went to install the door / wall kit and both walls show as plumb, but when I go to mount one of the frames to the wall it lifts the sill off of the base.

There is an adjustment, but it looks to be almost 2" off!!!

Am I missing something?

Pic would help. But just off the top of my head....you say the walls are plumb , but what is the angle at the corner? I am thinking it might not be 90, which would cause problems

The walls can be plumb but the base could be off level. 2" is way too much and the reason should be obvious by looking at it.
