Water leak

My pressure tank is leaking (slow drip) at the bottom output flang. Can I replace a gasket or should I just replace the tank?

What kind of tank do you have? steel bladder, steel no bladder, fiberglass?
Is the one or two pipes, one going in and one coming out?
You may not need to change the tank.
