Muratic Acid for lazy flush

I saw a technique to address toilet lazy flush by pouring muratic acid in the flapper hole and bowl to dizzolve scale build up. Sounded like it worked for others, but I assume they are on sewer hook up.

We have a septic system - would the muratic acid be sufficiently diluted when flushed to not cause problems?
