Bathroom widespread faucet

I am remodeling the bathroom but want to use the old faucet and match it with a second one for two sink vanity. Does anyone know where I can get a Moen widespread brass faucet, Model #5904 ready to install with valve?

The model is still available from Moen, but only in CHROME. All the other finishes are discontinued.

It is not a model you will likely find at HD or whatever. Any good plumbing supply can order it for you.
