Shouldn't be a problem. Keep in mind that the outlet of the spout must be above the rim of the tub so no bathwater could get sucked into the potable water pipes if it ever got that high (it would flow onto the floor rather than pollute the potable water supply). The only thing is sloping it so you don't end up with standing water in it after you turn the valves off. That isn't absolutely required, but you'll end up with a cold shot out the spout each time you turn the thing on if it can't drain in between.
