Have a Watts M1 (?) shut off valve that leaks in both on and off position from the center of the handle. Drips at off position and little worse in on position.

Does the whole valve need replacing or are there washers that can be replaced ? I see a allen screw on the side and two large slotted screws in front ? Can the valve be repaired ?

Thanks
