whats the code on this? - I looked at a rental for sale, it had a one piece stall shower backing up of course to a wall. In the wall was the main service panel (which opened into the next room, the laundry room). The main feed to the service panel came from the crawl space below the house and went up from the floor within a few inches of the plastic bottom of the shower stall.
Is this OK?

Is the typical service cable- 80s vintage "waterproof" from casual water like a shower pan leak? this is a grey plastic wrapped service cable with 2 or 3 black power leads that go eventually to the bus bars in the power panel.
Is it ok for this entrance cable to run under a shower or near a shower pan?
That cable is FINE as jadnashua said. That is SE cable and can be run outdoors in direct weather. There are no limitations as to being near shower wall or stall.
How about ROMEX®- there are two ROMEX® leads there too
