Hot Water coming out fast.

Hi,
I'm new to all of this, but i have a question.
When i turn on the hot water in my kitchen, it seems that with the slighest turn, the water comes out at max, and then slowly stops.

Any ideas why? and how i can fix this?

this is a new place, and i don't know what to do.

Wrong area of the site but...
Need to know what type of faucet you have. Brand name, pic if you can, if not match it up at the company website once you find the name.

If this symptom occurs at other faucets, it is a pressure regulator problem.
