Any opinions on the best mid range stud finder? I;m looking at Zircon and Stanley.

As long as they light up when I point them at myself I would consider them to be a good unit....
They are fail proof.

You realize, I hope, that they only light up when they sense a DENSE object. Zircon has always worked for me.

Actually HJ when you calibrate the stud finder while pointing at nothing then point it at yourself you can be a stud...
