Default Ok to extend bathroom circuit to power tv on adjacent wall

I am in the process of installing a wall mounted flat TV in my bedroom. On the other side of the wall where I am putting in the TV is a bathroom. I would like to take power from that outlet box (in the same bay) to power the TV. The bathroom outlet is a dedicated 20 amp GFCI receptical.

I know that I can do it and that it would work without any problem. My questions are:

    1. Any code issues I should be aware of?
    2. Is that would a professional would do or would they look to take power from another source?

    Thanks in advance.

Bathroom circuit by code can't be used to power another room
It can be used to power another bathroom
