The hole dimensions in the Porcher sink are too big for the o'ring and mounting plate assembly of the Hansgrohe faucet.

The holes in the sink are 1 3/8" across. The o'ring does not set ON the porcelain, it is almost fully visible in the hole. The brass of the mounting plate sets on the porcelain directly.

This will cause leaks. Does anyone have ideas? Are the secondary o'ring sets available?

hole

1 3/8" is the standard size hole for almost ALL sinks, so either you are not assembling it correctly, or it was made for a non-standard sink. Any smaller size opening and many faucets would not fit the sink without reaming the hole larger.

4" or 8" faucet

Because the 3 hole faucet was made to fit wide spread 8" or center set 4" spread the flanges are made to a small size to fit either application. Thicker o-rings are not the answer, plumbers putty is.
