What kind of Spigot adapter do I need?

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone can help me identify what kind of adapter I'd need to use my outdoor spigot with a standard garden hose thread.

Looks like they had removed a vacuum breaker that would attach to that sillcock, and on the outlet end of that vacuum breaker would of been your hose threads.

Someone removed the vacuum breaker from the faucet. That one is not the standard vacuum breaker, so you MUST get the proprietary one from that valve's manufacturer, assuming they still make it and have not changed patterns. Or change the valve.

I suspect that might be an arrowhead sillcock, they do a vacuum breaker with machine threads.
