Maybe more of a landscaping/gardening question:
I live in Colorado and have quite a bit of xeriscape (low water landscaping) groundcover and use some dripping irrigation. But what's the best way to water a larger area of groundcover (6x25) with a drip system?
I know there are a lot of drip pipes/tubes but should I just lay them on top of the ground cover? How far apart to lay them? or do I try to put the pipes on the ground?

Toro makes a 1/4" drip tube with 1/2 GPH emitters every 6" You could easliy snake this through the ground cover (under the canopy) in a pattern which would water adequately. It would not be visible if you work in in under.
