Outside Deck - Hand rail for stairs

I built my deck last year
The stairs are at one end & one side is up against my garage
I want to put handrail up - not a railing
I have been unable to find any outside handrail brackets?
I am going to cut, route & sand a PT 2x4 as the hand rail

Any ideas on a bracket?
