Vent stack

I am remodeling our bath room and need to move the main vent stack about three feet. Can I slope the stack (30* from vertical) in the attic area so that I can use the existing roof vent or do I have to install a new vent in the roof?

It is only air so you can do anything you want to, even make a corkscrew, as long as it does not turn downward.
