    It's still better then my last house, the washer pipe/drain had a leak
    So I went into the crawl space to look at pipes
    Traced the PVC for the drain, put my hand on it...and it all fell down

    I pulled the laundry closet down to bare studs
    The only thing holding the fridge up was the floor joists - floor was rotten. I had already renovated the bathroom & sistered new floor joists in. Kitchen was next
    Overall the DIY in that house by former owners was a nightmare
    No way I even considered the prior owners brought in Pro's
    DIY Handyman (not 4 hire)
    I have enough to do to my own house
