Great news! There may be a great rebate program in your area. If you are thinking of replacing an old toilet of 1.6gpf or higher with an

Alderwood Water & Wastewater extended through 2009​

I'm not finding this on the Seattle Public Utilities site; just the rebate for multi-family homes. Am I not looking in the right place?
