PVC to Cast iron connection

I am trying to connect to the cleanout trap of my cast iron stack to attach a new stationary tub. I do plan on adding a new cleanout trap.
I can not find anything to do this, however. Can anyone help??

Perhaps I should rephrase this.
I would like to relocate our laundry appliances and this requires that I also relocate our stationary tub right next to the main drain stack. I would like to drain it into the cleanout trap and "extend" the cleanout trap with a PVC wye.
Is this against code?
If not, how can I do this?
If so, what would be another alternative?
