I can't flush a toilet and wash my hands while the toilet is filling without my water pressure dropping to zero. I also can't run the hot and cold water togetherwith any kind of force without my pressure droppimg to zero. It's getting to be a real pain in the rear repriming 8 or 10 times a day. Any ideas how to fix this?

Is it a submersible pump? Is it an above ground jet pump with a pressure switch directly attached...? What size is your pressure tank? Are you watering the lawn at the same time you are flushing the toilet and trying to wash your hands? How old is your well, and how deep?

If you don't have an above ground pump, then there's no reason to prime. The time that takes may be allowing the well to recover some, and that means your well doesn't have the water in it that it used to. Or the pump to cool and run later.

I think you need to call a pump guy or well driller or plumber that is capable of pulling the pump out of the well, and have things checked out.

And.. ummm until you fix this she is going to be blaming you. This isn't one of those things she usually only wants to talk about and not have you fix. lol
