I've gutted our bathroom, and will be replacing the 55 year old cast iron tub, with a 60"x32" whirlpool. I intend to replace all the water valves< as well as route a new water line for a second shower head on the opposite wall.

As I have no experience with whirlpool tubs, I'd like to hear opinions on some of the good ones out here. I'd prefer not to use one of the hour glass shaped Jacuzzi tubs, though if they are good ones, I might have to.

Any thoughts or opinions on different models for me to consider will be appreciated. Thanks,
Matt

I am installing a Lasco corner whirlpool at the moment. I actually sell them at work everyday and have so for about 3 years now. My wifes grandfather has dealt with them for probably 15 years or so. We never have any problems with them.

Too bad you weren't from around my way. We got tons of 32x60 whirlpool tubs and we are selling them for less than $400.
