Hey there, I've updated the diagram from a previous thread, I'm hoping you can answer a few questions:

1) In the diagram below, where the tub vent reaches the Tee before connecting back to the main stack, can I use a sanitee or should it be a sloping tee (or other)?
2) Should the shower and the tub drain into a sanitee(s) or something else?
3) Does the toilet have to drain to a longer elbow, or can i use a standard 90 elbow?
Thanks,

And where is he doing that? The only obvious thing is that the vent MUST connect back into the stack 6" higher than the RIM of a lavatory/toilet, OR 42" above the floor, whichever is higher.

What the heck is that 4 way thing that the toilet connects into?

nhmaster, I'm starting to think you're a 'glass is always half empty' kind of guy, you are impossible sometimes, i never labeled the diagram as isometric, they top down and front view(cross section for pre-meds)!

sorry, it's not 3D, the toilet is a straight run from the toilet to the stack, what you are seeing is that the shower is draining/venting behind the toilet run.

hj, thanks, the drawing is obviously not to scale, I guess I'll have to go get my masters in isometric drawing. But the 2" sani-tee as in the VENT scenario for the tub/shower is ok?

Thanks!
