These were in my garage when I bought the house and I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what they are?

Each piece is the same. They appear to be 3" conduit, threaded on the ends, each one being about 8' long. There is a 90 degree pull corner elbow with an 18" section of EMT attached to each one not far from center. There are holes drilled in rows on the unpainted ends. Also note the eye bolts threaded in about a foot above each elbow. Inside one of the sections I found the 2 steel rods that are also shown.

It's a mystery to me, but I can't bring myself to throw them out until I at least know what they are for. Any ideas??

They are proctoscopic tools most recently used on an elephant that has been grazing near a natural oil seep.

I am going to guess someone was building volleyball/badmitton net posts.

The eye hooks were for the bottom of the net and the small conduit/pulling ell was for wiring to lights that were to be attached to the tops.

There should be eye bolts on the top of the pole unless they are on another piece which holds the lights also.

That's all I got.
