I have recently drilled a new well at a summer home. Construction has been delayed and in the meantime winter's coming. I am still hoping to get a foundation put in before serious snow. My well is overflowing into the yard making it soft. Because I won't be putting in a pump till next spring what do I do with this well? How do I control the water that is coming out or stop it. The yard will be a skating rink or too soft for machinery to get in there and work. Any suggestions? I live in Nova Scotia and we sometimes have very cold winters will this hurt this well? Thanks for your help. Dutchie
