I am remodeling three bathrooms. So far I have installed two American Standard Champion 4 elongated, right height toilets (designed I believe for 12 inch roughin.) One is perfect and the tank extends about 1/4 of an inch from the wall. The other bathroom tank extends out about 3 1/2 inches which I do not consider satisfactory. Is there someway to adjust the drain opening so that the second toilet tank sits closer to the wall? I did note on your forum that there are ways that the Toto brand can be adjusted?

There are some toilets that can be adjusted.
Toto makes some skirted models that come with a 12" rough, and can be converted to 10" and 14" also.

Some of those would be
Vespin
Carlyle
Carrollton
Soiree
Guinevere

Most toilets come for a 12" rough measurement.
At 12", they may have 1/4" to 1" behind the tank depending on the brand and model.
