I didn't know you could use attachements and put words inbetween.
Nice job on the box and the pics.
That lawnmower will be sad now.

Hello. I thought I would update you on my progress with the various bumpers you have been advising me on.
Look at this garden faucet, all very exposed.
Watch out here comes a mower. That was close!
I know, I'll install a red pipe guard made of wood. Da dah!
Very nice.

The lawnmower may be happy. Before the faucet looked like it was higher than the wheels, but now the lawnmower can run into the box. And it is a much larger target.
Ya,
I cen see a happ[y lwnmower hare.
Good pinte hj
Smack that red box likd a bull seeing rade
That little box will smash the heck out of any lawnmower that comes near it.
How about curb feelers for the lawnmower?![]()
Yes Redwood, thanks for that. You may have noticed that you inspired this thread.
Haven't seen curb feelers on a car in quite awhile. My grandfather used to have them on his '56 Mercury.
You could put a positive charged magnet on the hose bib and a positive magnet on each wheel of the mower. Have to be pretty large magnets to do any good. Make for good conversation pieces over the garden fence.
How about capacitance sensors and power steering on the wheels so when it senses it is near an obstacle, such as a box sticking out of the building, the wheels will steer it away from it.
