Default No water pressure in one tub, rest of house fine

I recently noticed I have no water pressure in one tub/shower in my house. The water never turns on. The remainder of the house is fine. What is going on?

    What age?
    What brand?
What kind of pipe leading to the valve?

I'm gonna go with answer #1 for $500.00 Alex What is a stuck cartridge.

The faucet is a Moen, I'm not sure about the pipes. The house is about 14 years old although I've only lived in it about 1 year - so I'm just assuming the pipes and faucet are 14 years old. We rarely use this bathtub/shower.

Do you pull it out to turn it on, or, do you turn it to turn it on?

    LOL

I am thinking stem is gunked up and just needs to be replaced.
I have replaced a few moen stems because of this.
I'm just starting to work with an old friend of mine to bring solar electric and hot water systems, wind turbines, Flex Fuel Boilers, batteries, hydroponic gardening, books, pellet grills and more. Also the parts for DIY installation.

That would be a Moen Positemp valve then.
