Increasing yield from "low-yield" pump

Actually the title should say "low-yield" well...
Have you heard of the "Well Manager" system from Reid Plumbing and the "Well Booster" system? Could you explain the differences between the two? Do you have an opinion on each system?

Looks like they are both trying to do the same thing. However, the well booster system says;

"Our Well Booster® System is a computer controlled electronic device that uses state of the art technology to get the maximum amount of water out of your existing well."

The "Well Manager" is mechanical, and I know it is more dependable.
