I am replacing poly hot and cold pipe in my small bungalow, the feed is 1/2" copper through meter increasing to a 3/4" run (35' maybe) of poly with 1/2" feeders. If I was to replace the poly with copper would it really be of any benefit to stick with 3/4" from the meter and tee off to 1/2" feeders or just go 1/2" all around?

I have excellent pressure and a pressure regulator in line on the incoming feed.
