I am having the weirdest problem with my shower. Please excuse the following butchering of plumbing terminology:
When I turn on my shower, a lot of pressure comes out of the main... spout, thing. When I pull up the stopper to divert the flow to the shower head, barely a trickle will come out. If I press the stopper back down, it's very hard to do, and the water pressure out of the main spout is extreme. I used to have amazing pressure out of the shower head, but now it just stopped. It aggravates me that I know the potential pressure is there, but I can't get it to come out. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem's origin is, or how to fix it? It almost seems like there is too much pressure... if that's possible. Thanks!
