Rainbird sprinkers shut off to soon

My sprinklers shut off after four minutes, no matter how long it is programmed to run. When one zone turns on, "4" starts blinking in the display and it counts to zero and that zone shuts off and the next activates and starts counting down from "4". Any ideas about what would be causing this?

What kind of controller do you have?

It's an ESP-8TM controller.
