Need help identifying a faucet

Handle is leaking, and I can't get it open or get info on repair without brand/model. Thanks for any help.

Those may be Moen, and if so, the top portions would spin off counterclockwise. The screw would be below that.

Probably not Moen, but I do not remember which company makes that style handle. It is a California company, however.

That's it. But, given that those manufacturer's are "copy cats" there might be others that look like that also.

Delta from the 60's? Best way to find out is to remove the handle and check the cartridge.
