I have a irrigation well with a deep well jet point, the problem I am having is that the well is not producing any water it has been working for many years flawlessly and this year it has about stopped. when I attach my hose to it to try to reprime it pumps fine and when I disconnect it I get no water. It is a single pipe ejector installation. I am afraid that my foot valve assembly has gone bad. Does anyone agree or dissagerr with me? If so How do I go about pulling the ejector point? It has the leather washers that have swelled and I cannot seem to move the inside pipe. How do I go about fixing it? Do I just need to pull harder? or is there some secret to getting the ejector out?
