Fill Valve Problem on Cadet 3

Just replaced the fill valve on m y Cadet as it stopped filling the tank. The toilet is nearly new. The fill valve still does not work, tank is not filling, and we are left to fill by hand. Anyone have any idea what to do next? Thanks. :rolleyes:

Shut off the water and disconnect the supply tube. You may have something in the supply tube stopping the water from running, or the valve below the tank has malfunctioned

If you have a Watts Flood Safe water supply, it may have shut down.
If that is the case, the proper procedure would be:

1) Carefully remove the Watts Floodsafe
2) Walk out to the garbage can, and throw it inside.
3) Get a water supply that works, and install it.

Note the extra chrome piece between the compression nut and the hose crimp on the left side of the pic...
