Default Backflow required for outdoor sink???

I built an outdoor kitchen on a concrete slab and ran pex hot and cold lines for a small bar sink that I plan to install. The pex runs from the crawl space through the block foundation wall in a trench for 12' then under and up through the slab another 9'. I did put the pex in a plastic conduit to avoid the direct contact with concrete.
Since the sink is small, I am draining it into a dry well buried in the back yard. The faucet is a typical barsink faucet like you would find at any home center.
I have the connections figured out in the crawl space and don't see that I need any type of backflow prevention or vacuum breaker. Is my assumption correct, professionals?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
