I'll be having a Broan fan, light and GFCI receptacle in a bathroom. Is this ok to do in NY? See the first diagram.

IF the circuit does NOT leave this one bathroom, AND is a 20A circuit wired with #12, you can certainly have all this on it.

A better approach would be to find, or run, a circuit for the lights and fan. Then run a new 20A circuit for the receptacle.

I believe that it will depend on your local code. When I rewired my upstairs bath, I was required to have the Fan/Light and the outlet on separate circuits, both GFCI protected. I pulled a new circuit from a GFCI breaker for the fan/light and used the old circuit, which used to power the light and outlet, for two outlets, one GFCI and one run off the load side of the first.
