Quality/reliability of Moen Faucets?

I have rental property and need to install a new bathroom faucet.
I can get a good deal on a Moen Villeta L64721

I need it to be reliable, and long lasting.
Is Moen a good quality generally?
Has anyone had any experience w/ this Moen Villeta L64721?

Moen are good. All things considered, probably my first choice would be a Delta classic http://www.deltafaucet.com/wps/porta...1XRg!!#7_P_1I3

But if you like that Viletta, it should give you good service.

I guess I'll go w/ the Moen.
The Winnelson Supply here has them on clearance for $40.
Which as best I can tell is about 70% off.
I have liked the Delta products I've used, but never tried Moen so wanted to make sure it wasn't a lemon.
