flexible metal conduit/greenfield

After cutting the flexible conduit to length then putting the wire to be used in it - Is there not something they make that protects the wire from that raw cut edge of the conduit..? (a protective plastic type bushing insert,a grommet,maybe a fitting that has a protective type insert etc..) The romex cable to be used is 10/2 (hooking up a water heater)

Surely you cleaned up all the rough edges :eek:

348.28 Trimming.
All cut ends shall be trimmed or otherwise finished to remove rough edges, except where fittings that thread into the convolutions are used.
