Pressure tank cycles quickly and often...please help

Maybe, the photo doesn't show it that well. There used to be an Iron Filter called a McLeans or McCleans. I can't remember the exact spelling. They used a little chrome or brass air injector to add air to the water stream while the pump was running to oxidize the iron. They worked very well until the injector plugged up. Then the filter was practically useless. If you can take a couple more photos, we can better tell if that's what it is.
