With the help of everyone here, I think I've figured out how I'm going to tackle the job. My only hang-up is venting. The picture below shows where I plan to tap-in to the existing plumbing, but my concern is that there is only 1 - 2" vent that I'll be using a reducer tee to tap in for the sink.
The 2" vent shown connects to all the other vents in the house. The drain, obviously, runs under the slab to an ejector pit.
Will this 2" vent be sufficient for a bathtub/shower at the end of the line, a toilet and a sink? The pipes coming up on either side of the toilet, I believe, are unneccesary and I'm just going to cut them off 6" above the floor and cap them. I will have access to this wall as I am not finishing the backside of it.
