My house is 2 years old, had the builder place a rough in for a toilet, sink, shower, and a wet bar. Now there are only 4 pipes coming out of the cement, and only one future vent pipe in the ceiling (not connected to anything). Now since there is only one vent pipe, which I assumed for the ejector pump, and now way to run a pipe to the roof ( this house has no common walls ) how do I run the ventilation, or do I need to, or can I connect it into the vent for the pump? And can I run only one vent pipe, from the wet bar ( this pipe is about 30 feet from the bathroom ) or do I need to connect into the vanity pipe too?

I didn't follow that. A picture or diagram may help. Maybe someone else did.
