They will not do anything like that. Like I said before I have customers that have no idea were there water main is. If you tell them they need to flush something they will flush the toilet. When you have a general public that cant even
flush out their own water heaters once a year,
its almost impossible to expect them to maintain
a thermal expansion tank....
I tell customers they need to have there heater checked and flushed every year and they don't. I have customers that let there septic tanks back up. They all swear it was just pumped last year. It is not worth the breath to tell them anything I hand them any books that come with the item and tell them to read it.
I'm just starting to work with an old friend of mine to bring solar electric and hot water systems, wind turbines, Flex Fuel Boilers, batteries, hydroponic gardening, books, pellet grills and more. Also the parts for DIY installation.

I have people who call me for a quote on a water heater..
I ask them if it is gas or electric??? And I ask them what size it is......
many have lived in the home for over 15 years and have
not got a clue to wether it is gas or electric......
and I am talking about the men here.......not just ladies....
I suppose that is why I have a great service business..
be honest with people, and service their plumbing ..
let them be as dumb as bricks if they so desire.
their is no reason to give them a
stern lecture about how helpless they are..
as long as the check dont bounce or they have master card.....
life is good ...
at least till some disaster comes along like Katrina.......
