Anyone care to make a recommendation for a good quality stainless steel sink; manufacturer and model. The free sink my parents got with their new countertops (bottom of the line Sterling) is a piece of junk from the word go. I was particularly impressed with the mounting clips that pop loose from the sink at the precise moment you get it flush with the countertop. At first I thought it was the countertop, but the cut out is the correct size and the granite countertop is flat.
Thanks,
Sam

Kindred makes a nice sink that is not too overpriced as some are. If your sink opening is already cut, any other sink may be a compromise and may not fit great. If your granite fabricator is on the ball...the opening may only fit that one sink.

An 18 gauge sink from Elkay or Just will hold up just as well as cast iron.
