CI inlet to stack from ancient (20's) addition

I have an inlet from an addition that comes through a cinderblock wall. The Fernco (4"-3" reducing) that was over it was leaking at the 4" side. I removed it to see what could be done and discovered that the CI is disintegrating. There's probably about a half inch sticking through the wall that's whole (kinda) all the way around, the four inches past that are extremely friable. If there was a bell it was destroyed during a previous renovation.


Is there anything I can do (I can do horizontal lead and oakum, but am concerned that I may damage the pipe further) Is there some sort of in-place solution out there that would spare me excavating the whole crawlspace, under the deck and concrete patio, etc?

There's only about 1' of clearance to the stack and 1' to the floor of the basement and maybe an inch to the corner of the wall.

Depending on the condition of the pipe it may be possible to reline the pipe.

The line must be camera inspected to determine if it is a viable candidate for relining.

Pipe bursting is also a possibility.

In any case the camera is the first step.
