has anyone used the flat hydronic radiant baseboard that looks like 1 x 5 wood baseboard? It seems to be aluminum with copper tubing fused to the back. AIM and Hydronic Alternatives, and probably others make it. I see very little info. on it and I was thinking of using it instead of standard slant-fin baseboard. I just don't know if its going to work here in New York with the cold winters we can get.

It will work if installed according to to thier instructions. I would advise buying a modulating boiler to get the best results. Radiant is by far and above the best way to heat a house. I can't wait to install it in my home
