pre-rinse faucet

Help! I want to purchase a "pre-rinse" faucet (purely for aesthetic reasons- I think they look cool) but I'm not exactly sure about the specifications of the pre-rinse models. I want to make sure that I will get a steady running flow of water in addition to the spray. I am looking to buy a pegasus brand but can't find much product info. Does anyone know if these faucets provide the option of a regular flow of water or are they spray only? thank you.

generally, the answer is NO, but you might find one. The answer to Pegasus is definitley DONT.
