A neighbor would like to put a 24" vanity in place of the 18" vanity there now. They would like to know the feasability of moving the toilet a few inches to facilitate this.1.) Do they make an adapter flange of some sort to make this possible? Or another option i can see is on the other side of the now 18 inch vanity is a 4' framed wall.2.) The wall can be moved to make for the necessary room for a 24" vanity. Is option 1. something that is made? (short of jack hammering a portion of the floor up) Thank you all
